This week, Jalna Construction completed the design, manufacture and installation of a lightweight aluminium access platform for a crew transfer RIB, providing a practical and compliant solution for offshore crew to be able to safely board and disembark.
The access platform was engineered to provide a secure and stable means of entry for offshore personnel. Lightweight aluminium was selected to deliver the required structural strength while minimising additional load and affecting stability of the vessel.
